Race 1 (20mins in length)
Qualifying for this round took place at a wet Silverstone. Despite this rain, Jack went round quick enough to get his Radical race car onto pole by over a second! In the race and in wet conditions Jack had a poor first lap and by the time they reached the end of lap 1, he was in P11. Over the remainder of the race Jack made progress each lap and by the time he passed the chequered flag he ended up in P3.
Race 2 (20mins in length)
Again starting from pole Jack made good his getaway in wet slippery conditions. This time he maintained his lead off the start and was off and never challenged. As the race wore on, the lead kept increasing over the rest of the field and Jack even got fastest lap of the race. In fact Jack got a clean sweep, pole, fastest lap and the win!
Race 3 (60mins + pit stop)
With qualifying on the morning of the race it was yet another busy day. Luckily the day was drier than the previous days racing. This time Jack ended up qualifying his Radical race car in P2. As the lights went out, Jack maintained his position until the pit stops started. He was briefly leading the race until it was his time to stop (as he was driving the whole race, there are no driver changes for Jack and his team). Once Jack had completed his stop, he was back on his way again and re-joined back in P2. This is where he remained for the rest of the race and crossed the line in P2.
Not a bad weekend for Jack considering the car had an oil leak and needed a new clutch before the weekend had even started.
