Ashley Sutton will start from the back of the grid for the first race of the day tomorrow after claiming pole position in a frantic qualifying session earlier today.
It was found that Sutton’s Adrian Flux Subaru Levorg had a Turbo Overboost infringement ensuring his car was illegal. This means that Rob Austin will now start from pole ahead of Jack Goff and Tom Ingram in third.
Jake Hill, who qualified sixth, will also start from the back of the grid as his TAG Racing VW CC was also found to be illegal as his rear wing angle was outside of the permitted tolerance.
It ensures Hill and Sutton will start from 31st and 32nd respectively.
